Join us Monday, September 30 as Achea Redd, Mental Health Wellness Author Author & Advocate presents during the SOW Speakers Series, on the topic of “The Secrets to Cultivating a Positive Body Image Through Movement and Food”.

This monthly event, presented by The Wall of Hope Organization, will be hosted from 5:30-6:30 PM in the sunroom at SOW Plated, and your $35 ticket includes a complimentary $25 gift card to the restaurant.

Achea Redd makes mental health awareness her mission— because for Achea, it’s personal.

A real-life NBA basketball wife, mother of two, blogger, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur, Achea’s mission is to help others overcome mental health disorders.

All ticket sales directly support The Wall of Hope organization, supporting local outreach programs that educate about the food mood connection, and provide meals to families facing a mental health emergency.
