COMING THIS FALL
We’re getting excited for a return to brunch this Fall! You can expect some of your old favorites as well as some new dishes that are sure to please!
RETURNING FALL 2021
Join us the first Saturday of every month for a yoga experience like no other, where no class is complete until after enjoying a creatively imagined, delicious brunch courtesy of Chef Michael Obermeier. Our friends at Athleta will always be in the house offering special prizes. Each one-hour yoga session itself begins promptly at 10am and will led by a variety of partnering local studios.
Yoga is the ancient practice timelessly bringing together the mind and body. Evidence-based benefits include, but are not limited to:
- Decreasing stress
- Improving quality of sleep
- Relieving Anxiety
- Promoting Healthy Eating Habits
- Improving Flexibility and Balance
- Fighting Depression
It’s SŌW Yoga officially returns this fall. For the opportunity to reserve a space for your mat on the floor, become a SŌW Rewards member or follow us @sowplated for all the latest news. Classes fill fast.
COMING THIS FALL
LIVE SŌW WELL is the highly followed quarterly speaker series hosted at the restaurant showcasing “living room” conversations with notable personalities in the field of health and wellness. SŌW last welcomed Mike Zelind to sit under the prominently framed moss filled SÕW wall mural for a candid conversation that always promises to educate, reward and be fun-filled. Mike was formally a highly respected food executive who, along with Tisha Livingston, co-founded 80 Acres. The world’s first fully automated indoor farm serving the next generation of fresh, delicious food is reshaping the future of farming. For the opportunity to reserve your up-close seat, all while sampling the freshest hors d’oeuvres, become a SŌW Rewards member or follow us @sowplated for all the latest news. Seats fill fast.
